Chriss R. Moen, MSG, U.S. Army (retired), Legionnaire and second vice commander of Post 15 in Kent, Wash., received and adds the 100% Participation 2020-2021 Banner for the American Child Welfare Foundation to the Post 15 flag.
The banner is awarded to American Legion posts that have 100% monetary donations and contributions by every Legionnaire member to the Child Welfare Foundation, whose purpose is to contribute to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of children and youth through funding projects or in other ways, including youth activities and programs sponsored by The American Legion.
