McDonald-Osmer Post 451 will be hosting the Cascade Township Memorial Day ceremony again this year in front of the Cascade Township Library on May 29. COL, USAF (retired) Trisha Torres will be the guest speaker. The Boy Scouts from Troop 345 will be performing the flag-raising. The 3rd Michigan Infantry F Company Civil War Reenactors will be the honor guard and will perform the 21-gun salute. The Forest Hills Central High School Jazz Band will perform the national anthem, patriotic music and sound taps.
