William Beatty, second vice commander/service officer of Col. Lewis L. Millet, American Legion Post 38 paid homage to American veterans - John Coachman at Dongducheon City Cemetery, South Korea, and Steve Rhoades at Yangju Cemetery, South Korea - during the 2023 Memorial Day weekend. Beatty placed an American flag on each grave site. A prayer and a salute were also rendered by Beatty on each site.
