Paul A. Hasenbeck American Legion Post 317 in Freeburg, Mo., placed flags on the graves of their deceased members on Friday at the cemetery in Rich Fountain and in Freeburg, then on Sunday held a brief Memorial Day service at the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Rich Fountain and the Holy Family Cemetery in Freeburg. The public was invited to attend. On Monday several members of the post attended the Memorial Day service at the Osage County square in Linn, along with the VFW post from Linn.
