Unserviceable Flags Ceremony

Cairo, GA

American Legion Post 122 of Cairo, Ga., held a ceremony for unserviceable flags.
These flags were flown in honor of fallen Grady County veterans. As we know, all gave some, but some gave all. During the ceremony, the flames from the disposal began to take the form of a cross. It was as if God was showing honor for the fallen veterans. One could say that God was showing the significance of their ultimate sacrifice, as was His. There is no greater love than for one to lay down his life for another, as so many soldiers have.

God bless our veterans and America!
