With the Perrysburg, Ohio, Way Library being closed because of the recent coronavirus, library program director Lisa Richard thought up this idea. As all of us are in war against this virus, why not rally around that great symbol, the flag? With this idea in mind she contacted Perrysburg American Legion Post 28 on the proper way to hang the flags. Post 28 donated the American and Ohio flags seen in this night picture above - a constant reminder that we are all in this together.
