Veterans Day Celebration

The kindergarten-sixth grade students presented a music-filled program for the local veterans on Nov. 11, 2021, at the Gilmore City-Bradgate gym. They held a forum with three veterans about what their time in the service meant to them and how it helped them in civilian life.
Two members of the National Guard did a flag-folding after the sixth-grade students had read what each fold of the flag means. After the flag was folded, it was presented to Angela Naeve in honor of her deceased father. This was a very educational day for everyone.
