Diya Jha, a sophomore at Thomas Johnson High School in Frederick, Md., was interviewed by Frederick County School Superintendent Dr. Theresa Alban. This is the second year Diya has participated in the Oratorical Contest. She won the FSK Post 11 contest and the Frederick County contest, and finished second in the district. The YouTube interview was a complete surprise to our post. We look forward to Diya competing in the future.
