A Patriot Day ceremony was conducted by American Legion Post 110 on Sept. 11, 2013, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help (OLPH) Senior Care Center in Virginia Beach, Va. First responders from Virginia Beach's Police, Fire, EMS and Sheriff's Office participated in the ceremony by laying a memorial wreath.
