Honoring Gold Star Sailor

Crystal River , FL

The ultimate sacrifice should never be forgotten.

On January 20, 2024, Something For Everyone, a local store owned and operated by veterans where all proceeds go to assist veterans in need, in association with several veteran associations, are honoring a U.S. Navy sailor who gave the ultimate sacrifice in 1987.

SA Clinefelter, son of retired Master Chief Clinefelter, gave the ultimate sacrifice in Iraq in 1987. One of 37 servicemen perished that day on a routine patrol. We choose to never forget SA Clinefelter as there are so many others we won't forget either.

On January 20, we are having a flea market which opens at 9 a.m. The Citrus County honor guard will be starting their Gold Star ceremony at noon. Crossroads Lodge at Lebanon Station located in Inglis, Florida, opened their entire property for this event. Property owner Dice has continuously donated his space to honor such veterans.

If you're in the area, please make it a point to stop by.

We are starting a local education fund in SA Clinefelter's name. Anyone wishing to donate, please email 3stoogesandtheirbeautifulwives@gmail.com where they will direct you to the family of our honored sailor and will be controlling the educational fund.
