Memorial Day 2021
American Legion Thomas Hopkins Post 4, 816 N. Water, Wichita, Kan., honored the post namesake. Every Memorial Day, rain or shine, the post members gather at graveside to honor the memory of World War I Lt. Thomas Hopkins. This year the service was conducted by Post Commander Kenny White during a falling rain. This is an example of Post 4's spirit and devotion to duty. The Navy Seabee motto says it best - "CAN DO" - and we did.
