Steve Tharp, commander of Lewis L. Millett American Legion Post 38 in South Korea, was awarded an honorary membership by the Korean Veterans Association. Tharp received the membership during his visit to the association on Oct. 28, 2021, promoting international cooperation. The Korean Veterans Association operates as a nonprofit organization, improving veteran’s association rights and other services. It provides services in Korea for their Korean veterans.
