April is Children & Youth Month and has also been declared the Month of the Military Child.
Over 200 military, spouse, children and guests attended the Military Children’s Appreciation Ball held at the Orange Post 132 in Southern California on April 20, 2013.
The focus was to recognize the children whom have had parents serving in Iraq and/or Afghanistan with a dinner, dance, face painting, gifts, and fun!
Auxiliary Units from Districts 29, 24 and 19 chaired this event.
