On May 1, 2013, Ron Shoemaker presented a check to Post 284 Commander Larry Deal. The check was from proceeds from a golf tournament, in which Post 284 helped sponsor the tournament which was held
on April 14, 2013. Post 284 had a foursome in the tournament. Everyone had a wonderful time at the outing.
