On 24 October, 2020, American Legion Post 554 in Bloomsdale, Mo., received a new concrete walkway and circular concrete pad for the flagpole ceremonies compliments of Boy Scout Troop 410. This Eagle Scout project was undertaken by Collin Alford, his father Justin, Ernie Pruneau, Scoutmaster Greg Stephenson and eight other Scouts. In the previous few years post 554 has been honored with two additional troop 410 Eagle Scout projects involving an extensive decorative block wall on the parking lot plus a much needed flag disposal equipment for collection and ceremonials. These projects were undertaken by Collin's two brothers Brenden and Gabe. American Legion Post 554 is very proud to acknowledge Boy Scout Troop 410 of Bloomsdale.
