Hopefully this information will help veterans in their battle for their disability claim. This book is full of information, suggestion and evidences. My disability was not related to combat. I was not afraid to speak out even when I knew it was not in my best interest. I have won some battles, but have not won the war; “YET”. After reading this book you might agree that I have been put on the VA’s D-D-D- list. Delay- Deny -and hope I- Die list. When you think that you can’t do something, “stop and take a deep breath”, and just do it! I have provided numerous documents to back up my case and prove that the VA does alter, destroys documents and delays cases. Because of my experience at times I will make suggestion on what to do and what not to do. At no time should you take these suggestions as legal advice. I appealed to the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) seven times and my case was remanded seven times by the Court and remanded by the Board of Veteran’s Appeals (BVA) twelve times. I represented myself four times in the court and had an attorney represent me three times under the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA). I will take you through the process that I went through, with the VA Regional Office, Board of Veterans Appeals, The VA Office of General Counsel and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. I will also discuss in detail the Freedom of Information Act/ Privacy Act, and the Equal Access to Justice Act, Radiation Scandal, DVA Scandals, Corruption and Fraud as well as Suggestions and Opinions. I will not name names, nor give legal advice. I may repeat statements more than once in different chapters, but I believe that it’s necessary.
