Corpus Christi Texas American Legion Post 364 and the American Legion Riders held a chili cookoff on March 15 to raise money for the American Legion Operation Comfort Warriors program.

About 55 people attended the cookoff. The day consisted of raffles, silent auction and good food; two trophies were given out for 1st and 2nd place. When it was over the Riders were proud to send a check of $487 to the American Legion Operation Comfort Warriors program.

A crew of eight Riders put on a great event. Thanks to JD, Linda, Abe, Kathy, Phil, Sharon, Oscar and Rudy. Also big thanks to the post membership who came out to support our event.
