Military veteran motorcycle organizations are being sought to participate in a motorcycle Honor Ride to salute fallen and missing servicemembers of the Vietnam era. The Honor Ride is a principle component of the opening day of the Maryland Public Television event called LZ Maryland at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium on Saturday, June 18, 2016.
The LZ Maryland event will take place on the weekend of June 18-19 to honor men and women who served in the military in the Vietnam era. The public is invited to attend.
Honor Ride veteran-participants will travel from various locations across southern Pennsylvania, Maryland and surrounding states, and enter LZ Maryland in formation as a salute to fallen and missing servicemembers.
