The American Legion Riders in South Dakota will again be leading the annual Black Hills State University Jacket Ride on Tuesday, Aug. 7. Each year during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, the American Legion Riders are honored to lead this ride through the Northern Black Hills to help raise money for student veteran scholarships.
