FSK Post 11 Commander Keith Clevenger accepts the MD Governor Citation for Post 11 and ALR Post 11 from Governor Larry Hogan, declaring every Friday a R.E.D. Friday in the great state of Maryland.. An ALR member who has a Marine son deployed in the Middle East requested this citation for all those deployed around the world.

Governor Hogan is a veterans governor.
