Making a difference in our communities

Zillah, WA

April 9, 2022: Once again, The American Legion strengthens our communities, state and nation with our Legacy Ride scholarship donation. American Legion post members and Legion Riders from Post 130, Zillah, Wash., made a trip to Seattle Post 160 for the District 1 Spring Conference. Our Legion members and Riders donated $1,500, along with an anonymous donor donation of $1,500, for a total of $3,000 in support of our community veterans and family. Our American Legion Family celebrates all who contribute to something larger than we are and inspire others to do the same.
This donation from a post of approximately 60 members demonstrates that caring for others can and will make a difference in our community, state of Washington and nation. The American Legion national website can help you make the donation.
We are all members of our post and/or our extended American Legion Family.
A very special thanks to all Legion members, Legion Riders and community members for making a difference. May We Never Forget.
“JUST MAKE A DIFFERENCE EACH DAY”

Dale L. Spurlock, Director
Legion Riders Post 130, Zillah, Wash.
