Please join me in congratulating Silvester Estrada from American Legion Post 133 in Wapato, Wash., in his selection for Sons of The American Legion Volunteer of the Year. Estrada is a 26-year member of the Sons. He has been a SAL officer for over 15 years. So far during his years of service, he has helped in forming new SAL units and has held the office of Area IV vice commander as well as the Unit 133 adjutant.
