Members of American Legion Post 18-Portsmouth participated in the annual Flag Retirement Ceremony hosted by our friends at American Legion Post 104-Warren. The moving ceremony included colors by the Scouts, signage of the Pledge of Allegiance for the hearing impaired, and a speech by Post 104 Commander Dave McCarthy.
