Eastern Division National Vice President Charlotte Hagan visited the Ocean State 14-16 January 2011. During her stay, a breakfast was held in her honor at Post 10-Riverside. On hand was Post 18 Life Member Cyndie Kindell with therapy dog "BUBBA" to discuss the NEADS-Canines for Combat Veterans program, which is RI American Legion Auxiliary President Marge Walsh's project. She also visited the RI Veterans Home in Bristol and helped distribute gently used coats to the residents.

We were proud to have Charlotte visit and tour Rhode Island and hope she returns when the weather is more favorable.
