Leading candidate for National Commander Fang A. Wong from the Department of New York and his wife Barbara recently visited Rhode Island. Mr. Wong spoke fondly of his first interaction with The American Legion when he was presented with an educational award as a young student. His only regret: Not joining the organization as soon as he became eligible!
