Congratulations to Matthew Rock's double win at Newport Harbor Post 291 and 29th District Oratorical Contests (Matthew is seated second in front row). Thanks go to 3rd Vice Ken George of Post 291 who chaired this program and Ken Widdall (also of Post 291) in helping to find and mentor Matthew at student at El Modena High School.
This win represents a giant step for the Post moving forward to make an impact on all Americanism and Children and Youth Programs.
