Bateman Gallagher Post 668 and TheVeteransGroup have joined together to gather winter clothing. 1st Sgt. Johnnie Walker Jr. approached our post about helping out with the clothing drive.
The word went out in the Radnor community, and individuals like Sean Farhy, 7th District commissioner, Tammy Cohen, director of recreation and community programming, and Terrance McCabe all pitched in to get the word out.
The Radnor community has responded by providing winter clothing, food and other items to assist the veterans and their families in the Philadelphia area.
