On October 24 the John J. Morris Post 62 honored WWII veterans. The Auxiliary prepared and decorated the room. Then they donated Chicken Alfredo dinners and chocolate cake to them (serving and cooking). Four of our veterans were able to attend. Post officers joined them at tables to hear their stories. A great meal and experience spending time with the World's Greatest Generation! Army and Navy were represented along with a lady veteran from the Air Corps.
