Honors 103-year-old WWII Veteran Thelma Williams of Katy

Katy, Texas (August 11, 2022) – The American Legion, founded in 1919, is a national service organization comprising wartime veterans focused on Veterans & Rehabilitation, Americanism, National Security, and Children & Youth.
