U.S. Army retiree, post second vice commander receives 100 Miles for Hope completion certificate/medal

Kent, WA

Chriss R. Moen, MSG, U.S. Army (retired), and second vice commander of Post 15 in Kent, Wash., walked the walk for the second time in two years and received his Certificate of Completion and the prestigious 100 Miles for Hope 2021 medal.

I also completed the 100 Miles for Hope in 2020. For both years I logged in a total of 283 miles walked, and I did it with my Australian cattle dog Chip.

I wore out one pair of walking/running shoes, but that is OK because it was for a good cause.
