The State of Rhode Island officially proclaimed sections of Rt. 1 and RI 4 as the Purple Heart Trail.
The event attracted several different groups. I rode with a group of American Legion Riders, the only state chapter.
The ride of motorcycles ended up in the small town of Westerly. The master of ceremony was a Purple Heart recipient.
Proud to ride with the Legion Riders for this honorable event.
