American Legion Post 110 of Virginia Beach, Va., honored four 2021 Boys State graduates at a ceremony held on July 28. All four graduates, who are students at Catholic High School, were awarded the American Legion Boys State Medal and Certificate. In Virginia the Boys State program was held at Radford University (June 20-26). Presenting the awards were Fred Kinkin, Post 110 adjutant, and Wendell Parker, Post 110 Boys State coordinator.
