Every year, the newest Eagle Scouts in Missouri get to attend a ceremony in the State Capitol. After the ceremony, Edward Kirk Ucinski IV, Missouri's 2019 Eagle Scout of the Year, was fortunate enough to get to meet his state representative in person. Mr. Shamed Dogan of Missouri's 98th District was kind enough to spend some time with Kirk and congratulate him in person. It was one of the greatest endings to an already fantastic day!
