Leonard Eisert brought the idea of a memorial to Bella Vista. His late brother helped build a memorial at Mountain Home, Ark. Ernest was a Korean War veteran who entered the Army at 15 to escape a bad foster home in Wisconsin. Today Leonard does tours of the memorial.
