My wife and I recently installed a 70-ft. flagpole with a 20x30-ft. U.S. flag in our front yard. We wanted to do something to honor our military family history and instill pride in the flag and our veterans. A plaque is mounted by the base with all our family members' names on it. Many people, including veterans, have commented on how much they appreciate that flag.
