On Saturday, Feb. 25, Legion Post 547 in Monroeville, Ohio, held its third successful 5th District Oratorical Contest, giving out $900 in prize money. Thanks to all the Post 547 members who helped put it on. SAL Tony Moore, Post Commander Ken Didion, 5th District Commander Molly Doss, Lynne Bayley, 1st Vice Ron Grahm, 2nd Vice Jim Ruffing, Post Chaplain Tom Stieber, Nate Whaley and Executive Officer Bob Good. Also a big Thanks to our judges, who volunteered their Saturday time to help out.
