San Diego 22nd District holds Leadership Training Conference

San Diego, CA

Chuck Camarato, 22nd District leadership chairman, conducted his second leadership training seminar on Sept. 21. This training focused on the roles of various post officers.
The first training conducted last March focused on the use of digital multimedia, Legion electronic resources and social networking.
Chuck has remodeled San Diego Post 731 into a modern training center, utilizing flat screen multimedia, sound systems, web cameras and full classroom capabilities.
Various past and present district officers each developed a particular curriculum, utilizing power point presentations.

The 22nd District has been developing the concept that the first step in post stability must start with a firm foundation of the officer corps.
