The American Legion Family of Neptune (N.J.) Post 346 is holding a back-to-school supply drive to help local kids prepare for the new school year. Items requested include backpacks, lunchboxes, loose-leaf notebooks and binders, planners, pencils, color pencils and markers, staplers, pens, crayons, erasers, etc.

Donated items can be dropped off at Legion Post 346, 21 Gully Road in Neptune, at the lower lounge entrance. Open from 3 to 9 Monday-Saturday, 12 to 6 on Sunday.

The American Legion Post 346 Family has been involved in the community for many years and continues to be part of Neptune in so many ways. Inquire about membership for veterans and their family programs.
