Post 383 in Laplace, La., shared its place on Veterans Day. We were part of the Veterans Day parade and the ceremonies after the parade ended. The ceremonies were held at the Veterans Home in Reserve, La. Speeches were made and food was served. Those veterans living at the vets home were so happy to see us all. The event was put on by the St. John the Baptist Parish Young Marines.
