Current Ohio 13th District Commander Tim Leahy and incoming Commander Richard Wright made an award presentation to Commander Tony Kessler of Joseph J. Jacubic Post 572 in Parma, Ohio. The post has consistently over the years been one of the top two posts in the state with donations to Gifts for the Yanks. This year they received second-top honors from Department and three awards from the district, including the largest percentage of goal and largest contributions of posts with 300-499 members.
