I wrote this song and had it produced as a video with the expressed intention of attracting a national audience and having it adopted as a theme song for Wounded Warriors. I welcome any efforts to promote the song with that intention. If it has any commercial value, I will gladly donate the proceeds to veterans' causes.
I originally wrote it for my good buddy, CPT Leslie Smith (pictured) who lost a leg while serving overseas. This was her song.
