On Monday, June 28, 2021, the Nations of Patriot’s 2021 Tour-the Flag was escorted from the Winchester VA War Memorial Building to the Martinsburg Veterans Hospital in Martinsburg, W.V. by H.O.G, Patriot Guard Riders, American Legion Riders Chapter 71 of Charlestown W.V. and the American Legion Riders, Chapter 77 of Strasburg ,Va..

To date, the flag as travelled 150,000 miles, and raised $1.3M dollars, in the direct support of over 450 wounded veterans and their families.
