My name is Dr. Serina Rosenkjar and I am a clinical psychologist. I am retired now, but in the past I was the director of the Community Assessment Services Center in LA County, Calif. We provided assessment and referral services for the indigent, mentally ill people being released from prison, homeless, and of course, those who proudly served, our military veterans. We helped these populations of men and women get into mental health or substance abuse treatment that was paid for by LA County.
