Bradley named 2015 Rider of the Year

American Legion Riders of District 7, Chapter 543, Red Lion, Pa., recognized 75-year-old Donald Bradley as Rider of the Year for 2015 at the February meeting. Bradley is an active rider and attends many benefit rides in support of veterans and their families. He is also a proud member of the York County Veterans Honor Guard, serving numerous military honors ceremonies. He is the chaplain of Chapter 543 and the assistant chaplain of the Honor Guard. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Cold War and Vietnam eras. He flew on KC-97 tankers refueling B-47s and B-52s. Bradley is an active scuba diver and assists with Boy Scout and underprivileged children in scuba pool classes. American Legion Riders President George Boswell is shown congratulating Bradley, presenting him with a certificate of appreciation and a Legion Riders jacket. Region 7 Director Tom Ross made the initial presentation.
