Francis Scott Key Post 11 American Legion Riders, led by Director Kurt Harper and former Commander Keith Clevenger, participated in the annual Maryland Gold Star Legacy Run sponsored by American Legion Riders Post 22 of Towson, Md.
The ride encompassed 3 days, over 700 miles and 6 districts, with stops at Post 22, LaPlata Post 82, Frederick Post 11 and Cumberland Post 13. The riders collected approximately $47,000. Post 82's contributions totaled some $8,250. Notable stops included the 911 Memorial at the Pentagon,
