The Patriot Guard Riders and American Legion Riders have been invited to accompany 16 Veterans from the VA Hospital in Loma Linda to Lake Arrowhead, CA for a day of fishing on the lake and a luncheon provided for them. This event is being sponsored by the Skyforest Elks Lodge in Rimforest and the UCLA LACC (Lake Arrowhead Conference Center) in Lake Arrowhead. The Veterans will be picked up at VA Hospital in Loma Linda in vans and we will accompany them (approx 35 miles) to the docks at Lake Arrowhead where they will enjoy a tour of the lake and fishing for 2 hours, followed by a luncheon at Skyforest Elks Lodge in Rimforest (where we will join the Vets for steak sandwiches, burgers, etc.) and return to VA in Loma Linda.
