As a sailor in San Diego in boot camp in 1966.
There was a fence that we would march by frequently which had an embankment on the other side.
On sunny days, the embankment was occupied by many people in a somewhat provocative setting.
-QUESTIONS –
1. Did it happen to be just a place of interest to watch us in boot camp?
2. Was it part of our training for these people to be there and traumatize us?
3. Were they paid to be there?
