My co-worker became a new Legionnaire. He told me he had thought about ending it all a couple of times. He said he was struggling with his relationship. I asked him what I could do to help him. He said nothing right now. I gave him a card and dog tag for the Veterans Crisis Line and told him if I am not available to please call them immediately. He told me last week that he did in fact call them twice and it helped him a lot. I also reminded him that our company offers five free counseling sessions and he should try that. I hope we succeed in helping the young soldier!
