In late 1967 I received an early drop of about two months in order to attend college. I received my B.S. degree and became a schoolteacher for 32 years. I made two wise choices: joining the Army and choosing to be a teacher. I would never have been able to go to college without the assistance of the GI Bill. Thank you, Uncle Sam!
