I was able to meet National Commander Paul E. Dillard last week during his visit to Iowa. What a great time and inspiration to me as I begin my second year supporting this noble effort to raise money for the Legion's Veterans & Children Foundation. I started tracking my activity on March 9 and am up to 96 miles so far this month (running). I hope to continue at this rate for the next several months as I am using this as a way to motivate me to improve my overall health.
